Legal coaching is designed for those entrepreneurs who occasionally need legal advice, without instantly initiating “proceedings”. Being an entrepreneur implies taking decisions. Decisions which will have legal consequences and then it will be practical when you can fall back on a sparring partner. On the basis of a previously agreed timeframe and fee you will be assisted, in particular by means of telephone and email. Typical of this type of service provisioning is: pro-active, practical advice, also outside of office hours.

Before I can become your legal coach a brief inventory of your current legal housekeeping will take place followed by a written advice. On the basis of this advice you and your legal coach will acquire a proper understanding of the status of your legal housekeeping and possible areas of attention within your company. Subsequently further agreements will be agreed upon with respect to dedication of time and fee. In this way you will benefit from the added value of a legal coach against an attractive fee.
