INTERIM LEGAL COUNSEL 

As an interim legal counsel I will be available within your organisation for a short or a longer period of time. This may be as replacement of your own in-house legal counsel or because your company is not in need of a full-time in-house legal counsel however would, periodically, like to dispose of an in-house legal counsel. In addition it could be that you, as a result of a once-only project, need legal guidance within your organisation. Interim assignments will be agreed upon in a direct manner or by means of an intermediary. Work will be conducted on the basis of an hourly fee or on the basis of a fixed daily fee as a result of which you will, in advance, have an understanding of the costs involved.

On the basis of the Netherlands Declaration of Independent Contractor Status Act the principal may assume that the withholding of income tax and social security premiums may be omitted with respect to the payments effectuated to the service provider.

As a lawyer I am registered at the district of Amsterdam. Each and every lawyer is compulsory insured against professional and business liabilities.
